In recent years, the vast penetration of renewable energy sources has introduced a large degree uncertainty into power system, thus leading to increased trading activity in continuous intra-day electricity market. this paper, we propose an agent-based modeling framework analyze behavior and interactions between sources, consumers thermal plants European Continuous Intra-day (CID) Additionally, novel adaptive strategy that can be used by agents participate CID The learn how adapt their according arrival new information react changing market conditions updating willingness trade. A comparative analysis was performed study when they adopt proposed as opposed other benchmark strategies. effects unexpected outages asymmetry on evolution liquidity were also investigated.
